The Impossibility of Experiencing Time in a Linear Fashion

Time ticks on relentlessly second after second, but being human means we experience emotions and have the ability to both recall the past and consider the future, thus experiencing time linearly is impossible and our paths in life are anything but linear.

Why is this piece so much more expensive than the others?

This piece marks a major milestone for me. Each time I paint, I strive to achieve the flow I achieved in this painting. It is purely a feel thing for me and meaningful to me. While all of the pieces I create are original one-offs and special, this one is near and dear to my heart. I’m happy if it sells, and happy if it doesn’t!
